I was trying to figure out what the differen was between a regular vibe and an anal vibe was. After all, isn't a vibrator a vibrator? The difference that I found is this. Anal vibes typically have a bigger base (bottom). It may be a measure to prevent you from loosing the toy in your ass and an embarassing visit to the ER.
