I have to say that this is one very large toy that requires the user to take their time. It is one solid chunk of latex but if you pre-heat it with hot water, it will hold its tempature. First, lube up anally and prep yourself with a smaller toy or boyfriend. Then, on your back, legs pulled back and knees spread, slowly work your butt around the head, re-lubing as necessary. Getting past the head is the toughest part and should not be rushed. Enjoy the "ouch" and soon you'll relax enough to swallow the head and then your butt will grip the shaft.
