Return Policy

In the event of a defect, you may return an unused product with complete packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns under any other circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email. You are required to review the order and respond immediately if there is something wrong with your order. Once the order has been shipped, you are responsible for payment. All shipped orders are final. Package refusal will not result in a refund. Under any circumstance whereby any policy is hereby waived by TripleXLive.com, a returned product will be accessed a 25% re-stocking fee as well as all originating shipping costs. Any product returned for defects and whereby no defect is found to exist will also be accessed a 25% re-stocking fee.

Return Instructions

Please send item back by any method that you like but we are not responsible for returns that are not sent by a traceable method (i.e., we will not credit for returns sent through the mail that never show up). We recommend that you send it back by UPS, FedEx or Registered Mail (USPS delivery confirmation is not considered to be track-able). Please make sure you include your return authorization number. Your name, etc...with the return ( we can not credit you if we can not figure out who the order belongs to ). We will issue you a credit upon return pending the product condition.

Package Refusal and/or Returned Undeliverable

Unauthorized returns will never result in a full refund. If you or a representative refuse delivery or have provided an incorrect address and the package is returned undeliverable we will process the package and send you an email letting you know what happened. You will be credited less shipping charges and 20% restocking fees. If you would like another package sent you will need to place a new order. Due to the volume of packages that we process it is not possible for us to "reship" a package that has come back to us.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. We will email your tracking number if you enter their email address when you place the order. No email is sent for orders that do not have tracking numbers (APO 's and international orders). Please note that you must have provided a valid email address.

Back-orders

We update our inventory every hour. In rare circumstances, an item may be back-ordered. If so, you will be emailed and given a choice of receiving your order in separate shipments or waiting until the item(s) return to inventory and shipped out in there entirety. *Extra charge applies to separate shipments.
