I've been using this pump for almost a year now and its great for pre-sex. My cock is not small but when I use this pump before sex I get at least another inch and it gets fatter. It does get smaller after I take it off but I've found that I use a cock ring after I pump it up, I can keep most of the size. I like it. I like it a lot.
