Tera Patrick's Pulsating Heart is a powerful strap on vibrator from California Exotic. The Pulsating Heart has so many great features it's hard to list them all. Let's start with power. This vibe has multiple speeds and Multiple Functions. It vibrates surges, escalates, and pulsates. This little strap on which is only 2 inches long and a little over an inch wide is run by the impulse 6 battery pack, and has independent hypersonic controls. The Remote that comes with it has LED light indicators and is easily operated. Tera Patrick's Pulsating Heart is hypo allergenic and made of silicone. It comes with a removable bullet that can be used with or without the strap on. The waist and thigh straps are fully adjustable for your comfort. Requires 3 AA batteries (not included).

There are so many functions, it's hard to pick my favorite. I love that the bullet is removable, and that the straps are adjustable. I thought it would be a bit small, but it fit me just right, and it's very powerful. I am so happy with this, I'm afraid it will burn out with all the use it's getting lol.
